the lil Jiraiya resembled a lot with Naruto. they both pranksters and failed genin. yet Jiraiya is slightly more perverted than Naruto ^ ^" Jiraiya indeed had a crush on Tsunade yet he also loved picking on her as "flatbreast" (radically different from her recent boobs ^,~) Jiraiya also hates Orochimaru because he always been superior than him (even until now) and they often had different mind about this and that.

Age : 17
nothing much is known about Jiraiya's teenage life but the fact that he was the private tutor of the late Yondaime Hokage. it's also indistinct when and why did Jiraiya leave Konoha and become a hermit. yet it seems the sannin shared the same fate that they all left Konohagakure (yet for different reasons). lately we found out that Jiraiya also had pupils in Amegakure i.e. Nagato, Yahiko and Konan who are now become Akatsuki members.

Age : 56
Jiraiya first appearance is when Naruto busted him peeping at the lady's public bath. who would expect this nasty old man is actually the creator of the sold-out adult novel "Icha Icha Paradise" which Kakashi enjoys much. Jiraiya took Naruto as his private pupil and taught him the deadly jutsu, Rasengan. at this time he also began following the movements of his former teammate and deserter Orochimaru, as well as the organization known as Akatsuki. his research on Akatsuki finally led him to an unexpected reunion with his ex-pupils Pein and Konan. the battle was unavoidable Jiraiya used all his might but he didn't make it. however right before he died, he wrote a secret code for Konoha about who Pein really is.

Team Mate : Tsunade
she may not appeared as old as she should be and she's the hottest of all (mind her real big bust). she has an extreme strength and mastered excellent medical skill. Jiraiya has been caught peeping at least once by Tsunade when he was younger. Tsunade, in her anger, beat Jiraiya within an inch of his life, breaking both his arms, six of his ribs, and rupturing any number of organs. This is apparently one of the only two instances that Jiraiya has been on the brink of death. Tsunade abandoned Konoha after the death of her lil bro, Nawaki, and her lover, Dan. Tsunade returned to Konoha after Jiraiya and Naruto convinced her to take the throne of Godaime Hokage.

Team Mate : Orochimaru
Orochimaru had shown a deviated behavior since his childhood. the reason why Sandaime didn't choose his as Hokage is because Sandaime knew about the sordid ambition of Orochimaru. to fulfill his ambition, he founded a hidden village, Otogakure, and collects deviated shinobi. Orochimaru also invented an immortal justsu which enables him to move his soul from one body to another every 3 years. and he had chosen Uchiha Sasuke to be his next 'container'. on the other hand, Sasuke deliberately followed Orochimaru to seek for strength and willing to give his body to Orochimaru.

Team Leader : Sandaime (Sarutobi)
the late Sandaime Hokage is a figure of a wise man who truly loved his village. he has predicted Orochimaru's sordid ambition which will lead Konoha to an end. thus he promoted Jiraiya's pupil as Yondaime Hokage instead of Orochimaru. in the end, Sandaime fought again with his deviated pupil, Orochimaru, in order to protect Konohagakure.

Name : Namikaze Minato
the most adorable Hokage ever >_< his real name is not yet revealed, but he is known as the Konoha Yellow Flash due to his incredible high speed body flicking. the late Yondaime also learned Rasengan from Jiraiya but it took 3 years for him to complete the jutsu. it's a pity he died at a young age because he used the forbidden jutsu to seal Kyuubi inside a newborn baby, Naruto. in Kakashi Gaiden, Yondaime led his team which consisted of Kakashi, Obito and Rin into a sabotage mission during a great turmoil which known as The Third Secret World War.

Name : Uzumaki Naruto
Naruto met Jiraiya for the first time in the public bath when Jiraiya is in the mid of his "data gathering" (which means peeping at the naked women). since then on Naruto always addressed him as Ero Sennin (perverted hermit). Jiraiya himself, never actually hides his perversion, and even seems proud of it ^ ^" somehow Jiraiya has become Naruto's 2nd tutor (after Kakashi as the team leader), Jiraiya also voluntary took Naruto with him in a training for 2,5 years.

Name : Yahiko, Nagato, Konan
Yahiko, Nagato and Konan were the survivors in Amegakure during the 3rd world war. Jiraiya, Tsunade and Orochimaru met them on the way home. Orochimaru thought it would be the best to kill them cuz when they grow up they will revenge Konohagakure for they had done to their village. however Jiraiya had different thought, he thought if he teaches them ninjutsu they will use it for peace. unfortunately his hope was not fulfilled since they eventually joined Akatsuki in the future.

Icha Icha Trilogy : Icha Icha Paradise, Icha Icha Violence, Icha Icha Tactics
Jiraiya had been writing since he was teenager but Icha Icha Paradise is undoubtedly Jiraiya's masterpiece and best selling novels ^o^. Kakashi is known to be a die-hard fan of these adult novels, which is also Kakashi's weakness (anti-spoiler). Naruto gave Kakashi the pre-released of Icha Icha Tactics and Kakashi often seen reading it. Jiraiya's checkbooks reveal that he is supposedly fairly wealthy most likely due to the popularity of the Icha Icha series. His death note was taken from his latest novel Icha Icha Tactics.
