Hatake Kakashi
Age : 29 (Sep 15)
the most popular jounin in Konoha. he is known as a genius and a copycat. the implant sharingan in his left eye enables him to copy his opponent's jutsu. passed the chuunin exam when he was only 6, then joined with the ANBU. yet he have a terrible habit i.e. always comes late with irrational reasons. not to mention, his hobby reading adult novels "Icha Icha Tactics". he's the one who invented a lethal jutsu, Chidori/Raikiri, which he later taught to Sasuke. Kakashi has ill memories of losing his beloved people. his father, Hatake "White Fang" Sakumo, committed suicide after being humiliated by his own comrades for trespassing the law. when Kakashi was a kid, he has 2 teammates i.e. Uchiha Obito and Rin. Kakashi's sharingan is indeed a memento from Obito who died on Kakashi's first jounin assignment. Kakashi died on a duel with Pain cuz he used too much of mangekyou sharingan to save Chouji, but in the end Nagato revived all of the persons that were killed by Pain, including Kakashi.

Maito Gai (Konoha no Kedakai Aoi Moujuu)
Age : 29 (Jan 1)
an eccentric man who always brags as Kakashi's worst rival. with a tight gym suit, kappa hairdo, and thick eyebrows, he's the no.1 most 'appealing' jounin ^^. Gai indeed only masters taijutsu. his team consists of Rock Lee, Neji, and Ten Ten. yet he seems to pay more attention to Rock Lee, maybe due to their similarities.

Sarutobi Asuma
B'day : Oct 18 (deceased)
the tutor of team 10: Shikamaru, Chouji and Ino. a jounin who seems very laid back and is always smoking a cigarette whenever he is seen. he also seems to share some kind of relationship with Kurenai. recently is know that the loinscloth he wears is a symbol of the 12 sacred guardians. Asuma, Shikamaru, Izumo and Kotetsu were assigned by Tsunade to retrieve the dead body of Chiriku, one of the 12 guardians, from the hands of Akatsuki. but they were too hasty and get Asuma killed by Hidan. it was a great lost for Konohagakure

Yuuhi Kurenai
Age : 28 (Jun 11)
the tutor of Team 8: Hinata, Kiba and Shino. Kurenai is known to be best in genjutsu. as a kunoichi she doesn't want to fail before her male comrades. she proved it by leading her team through the chuunin exam. Kurenai has a secret relationship with Asuma, and now she's pregnant of their future baby.

Mitarashi Anko
Age : 24 (Oct 24)
the former disciple of Orochimaru. she appeared in the chuunin exam and led the survival mission in the forest of death. she has the same curse seal as Sasuke, undoubtedly cast by Orochimaru himself. however, unlike Sasuke, Anko-san seems not willing to follow his evil tutor.

Hyuuga Neji
Age : 16 (Jul 3)
Neji was indeed the best rookie before Sasuke came in. he is the most talented son of Hyuuga branch family where he inherited Byakugan. however, due to an elaborate misunderstanding of his father's death, he defied his role as Hyuuga main family guard and hated Hinata. again, Naruto eventually saved him from darkness. Neji paid for it by risking his own life to save his comrades in a furious battle with Kidoumaru. Neji returned with his new outfit and together with his comrades and tutor, he fought Kisame.

Shizune
Age : 28 (Nov 18)
Shizune is Tsunade's attendant and the niece of Tsunade's late lover, Dan. she usually walks while carrying Ton Ton (Tsunade's pig pet). Shizune is a Jounin medic ninja and she was the one who healed Neji from a fatal wound. Shizune uses poisonous needles in battle.

Kamizuki Izumo
Age : 24 (Nov 25)
Izumo and his partner, Kotetsu, were introduced in the beginning of chuunin exam. they both were assigned as Chuunin moderators for the first test. after the Godaime Hokage, Tsunade, took office, Izumo and Kotetsu act as personal assistants to her office. recently Izumo and Kotetsu were assigned to assist Asuma and Shikamaru in a mission to pursue Akatsuki.

Hagane Kotetsu
Age : 24 (Jul 21)
Kotetsu carries two large kunai-style weapons on his back and has a rectangular markings on his chin and cheeks, and wears a piece of cloth over his nose and cheeks. after the Godaime Hokage, Tsunade, took office, Izumo and Kotetsu act as personal assistants to her office. recently Izumo and Kotetsu were assigned to assist Asuma and Shikamaru in a mission to pursue Akatsuki.
