an inborn demon, and my lil bro's fave chara ^ ^. though he's the youngest among his siblings, he's undoubtedly the strongest and most fearsome. being born as a reject and grew up as a loner, Gaara never feels being loved and loves no one but himself. his absolute self-love shown by the mark of character "ai" (love) on his forehead. when he was a baby his father (4th Kazekage) sealed a one-tailed demon, Shukaku, into his body. this demon uses Gaara as a live container, thus he becomes overprotective to Gaara. the gourd he carries on his back contains of sands, his vital weapon. after a furious battle with Naruto he came to realize how people around him actually love him, thus he wants to be someone people can rely on. so he made a radical decision by promoting himself as Kazekage to protect the Sunagakure people. yet, misfortune has fallen as Sasori and Deidara from Akatsuki ambushed Sunagakure and abducted him. the Akatsuki has successfully extracted Shukaku from his body and it leads Gaara to death. but no need to worry because the wise Chiyo-baba revived him from death (we owe you, granny) and Gaara found himself surrounded by the people who love him sincerely T_T

the elder step sister of Suna brothers. she uses a human-sized paper fan as her weapon. she also masters kuchiyose no jutsu to summon a ferret with sickle and makes a deadly whirlwind dance called Kirikirimai. with that such a high shinobi skill, she's obviously the strongest kunoichi (ninja girl). when Shikamaru was in deep trouble fighting Tayuya she came to rescue him. me and aniki agreed that something seems to be going on between Temari and Shikamaru ^ ^, um i think they make a lovely couple *blush*

Kankurou

Kankurou is Gaara's step big bro and a buranku master. he uses 3 marionettes i.e. Karasu (raven), Kuroari (black ant), Sanshou'uo (salamander). he moves them with invisible wires of chakra thus he can move them from distance. Kankurou came to save Kiba in a vicious battle with Sakon. when Akatsuki took his step bro away, he fought in the first row to stop them. yet he was badly poisoned by Sasori. thank god, Sakura could heal him.

Chiyo-baa is Sasori's grandmother and one of the most respective elders in Sunagakure. she's also a puppet master, when she and Sakura fought Sasori, she uses 2 puppets i.e. Sasori's mom and dad. she might be aged but she has guts equal with youngster ^,^ and thanx to her, Sakura could be revived from a fatal wound. more so, she used her last remaining chakra and traded her life to revive Gaara from eternal sleep. her last request to Naruto is to help Gaara because he's the only one who knows Gaara's pain and vice versa.

Sasori means Scorpion. he was known as the puppet army's genius model creator from the red sand and also the creator of Kankurou's puppets. he left his village over 20 years ago. his parents were killed by Konoha's White Fang (Kakashi's father) and Sasori attempted to revive them as puppets, but failed. Sasori used a puppet named Hiruko to disguise himself at first. he also abducted and assassinated the 3rd Kazekage and turned him into his most deadly weapon. yet the most shocking fact is that he has turned his own body into puppet. after a long, exhausting, bloodshed fight with Sakura, assisted by Chiyo-baa, Sasori eventually died. but before he died he left a message to Sakura to meet his underling who've been spying on Orochimaru in Kusagakure.
